How long will it take to deliver my vehicle?
The average delivery time is generally determined by mileage, with approximately 1 day for every 300 miles. However, factors such as the driver’s schedule, road conditions, weather, and other variables can influence the actual delivery time.
Can I put personal items in my vehicle?
Yes, you can place up to 100lbs of Personal items in the trunk of your vehicle or in the back of your SUV trunk, below the window line. Items must be secured and won't be covered by insurance. Avoid placing valuables or fragile items in the vehicle during transport.
Does someone need to be present for pick-up and delivery?
Yes, someone must be present to release the vehicle at pick-up and sign the inspection report. This person can be anyone over 18 years of age.
How far in advance should I schedule my transport?
We recommend scheduling your shipment about 10 days before your first available date of the requested pickup, for the most accurate pricing and time frames, but we arrange last minute moves all the time
Do you offer door-to-door service?
The driver will aim to get as close to your door as is legally and safely possible. However, if access is limited due to factors like narrow streets or low-hanging trees, the driver may ask you to meet at a nearby large parking area, such as a grocery store parking lot.
Can you guarantee the pick-up and delivery dates?

What is the difference between Open Transport and Enclosed Transport?

How do I pay for auto shipping?
Typically, we require a minimum deposit of $200 at the time of booking to reserve your spot on the truck. The remaining balance is payable in cash or cashier’s check upon delivery to the driver at the destination.
